Cockpit Shots

Pencilled panels from a submission I am working on. My ambition is to capture the dynamics of a Top Gun style dog fight on a comic page. Hard to tell, I know since you can only see the controls here.

One thing that will always mystify me is why the "Bad ass fighter pilot" never became a legitimate movie genre. I mean few things on earth are as inherently cool as fighter jets. And I'm sure the military would cooperate in the filming of any number of motion pictures that made them look like flying rock stars, and yet still no Top Gun II.*

You really have to wonder.
